    We take every care to make sure that the goods you receive are in perfect condition and that you are pleased with your selection.
    However we understand that sometimes an item does not suit, or you may have ordered the incorrect size (we state all measurements clearly on the website).
    If for any reason you wish to return, then simply return your items to the address on the website (see contact page) in the original packaging with a covering letter or order number.
    We have a no-quibble returns policy and refund the cost of the goods less original postage price.
    Unfortunately we are unable to refund on cut lengths of fabric, which is why we offer a free swatch service to make sure that you are happy with the colours and quality - we only charge a minimum postage cost for delivery

    Exchanges
