Wash at 30 degrees and quickly line dry on a breezy day - avoid drying in strong sunlight and tumble drying. Only wash with similar colours - preferably on its own - do not store damp.

Although we have double stitched the mat bags so that they comfortably hold the mat, we would not recommend that other heavy items are added for carrying.
WARNING - Although the mat is robust, sharp objects must not be used on the mat, particularly in pockets or on clothing etc, as this may affect the quilted stitching.
